Application
Preparation: use Silicone Pads or protective cream and paper eye protectors referring to the instructions.
Mix 2 cm of tincture with 14-16 drops of 3% cream oxidizer in order to obtain a creamy paste. Apply to lashes and eyebrows.
Leave on for 10 minutes.
Remove with a cotton ball and water.

If you used Blonde Brow to lighten eyebrows before coloring, the exposure time is reduced to 1-5 minutes. With the Eyelash Curl RefectoCil, the dye setting time is just 2 minutes.
